RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

TLC Yoga does not offer refunds on any yoga class purchases, including single classes, class packs, or memberships. Contact me at tlcyoga2014@gmail.com with questions.

TRANSFERS:

All class packs and memberships are non transferable and may only be used for the intended client.

LOST & FOUND:

TLC Yoga (along with any owner of any/all premises yoga is taught at) is not responsible for any items stored or left behind on site.. Please make sure to keep all belongings with you.

PURCHASING BUT NOT USING A PASS:

Please note, if you do not use all of your passes in the time frame it states, prior to expiration, you will not be refunded for not using your pass.

CANCELLING A REGISTERED CLASS:

Please contact me to remove you from a class you have registered for tlcyoga2014@gmail.com.

IF the Instructor needs to cancel a class, for any reason, you will be notified via EMAIL (not text, phone, etc.).  Please be sure to check your emails prior to a class to see if you've received a cancellation email.  A make-up class will be arranged for the called class.  Thank you.
